Fees apply for some Services. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

9) Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content (URLs, documents, chat logs). By uploading data for AI training:

  • You grant Ciffly a license to process this data solely for the purpose of configuring and operating your specific AI agents.

  • We do not use your private business logic to train our foundational models for other customers.

Ciffly's services are powered by Artificial Intelligence. You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for monitoring your AI agent's interactions.
  • Ciffly is not liable for business losses resulting from AI-generated communication errors.
