What is Ciffly, and how does it work?

Ciffly is an AI-powered outreach assistant that helps B2B businesses connect with the right types of clients. You enter your services and ideal client categories (like cafés or clinics), and Ciffly helps you find potential businesses, extract their website and contact info, and generate personalized outreach messages across channels like Email, WhatsApp, SMS, Postcards, and AI Voice.

Can I send emails or WhatsApp messages directly from Ciffly?

Not yet. While you can generate personalized outreach content for all major channels, sending functionality is currently in development. For now, you can download the generated content and use it manually or with your own tools.

Can I download the leads and messages Ciffly generates?

Yes! At every step of the process, Ciffly allows you to download enriched data — including lead information, business summaries, and AI-generated messages — in Excel format for your own use.

Does Ciffly automatically find businesses that need my services?

Currently, you choose the target client category (e.g., gyms, cafés) and Ciffly finds real businesses in that space. In future versions, we’re adding smart scoring to show you how likely a business is to need your service based on AI analysis of its website.

Do I need technical skills to use Ciffly?

No technical background is needed! Ciffly’s step-by-step flow is designed for marketers, business owners, and sales teams — just follow the prompts and let the platform do the heavy lifting.
